Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to receive the correct product in good condition. Because 2 Hours North sells both physical plumbing and made-to-order apparel, return eligibility varries by product type.
Plumbing Products and Decals
Unused and unapplied plumbing products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
Opened, partially used, installed or applied decal packages cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
Made-to-Order Apparel and Accessories
Apparel and accessories are produced specifically after an order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference or a change of mind.
Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. We will arrange an appropriate replacement after reviewing the claim..
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of correcting the order. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
Starting a Return

Include your order number, the product involved and the reason for your request. Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in our response.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to five business days for us to process the refund.

2 Hours North currently ships to addresses within the United States
Order Processing
Processing time varies by product. Plumbing products stocked by 2 Hours North are prepared separately from made-to-order apparel.
Most made-to-order apparel requires approximately 2-5 Business days for production before shipping. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Available shipping methods, applicable charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Any advertised free-shipping threshold applies only when the stated order requirements are met.

Seperate Shipments
Orders containing both plumbing products and apparel may arrive in separate packages because products may be stocked or produced at different times or locations. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsability.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
Carrier delivery dates are estimates. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it still cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members and neighbors before contacting the carrier.
Report packages that arrive damaged, or packages that appear lost, to Contact@2hoursnorth.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs when applicable
